Please take the time to examine your order when it arrives. For your own protection, any damaged and/or missing items should be reported within seven days of receipt. If the damage appears to be due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, please retain the original packaging.

We offer a full 30 days to examine your new skin. If for any reason you aren't completely happy with a purchase, simply return it within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll gladly give you a complete refund of the price you paid for the item -- no questions asked.

Items must be returned in salable condition. "Salable" means the item is in its original condition, with no scratches, marks, or blemishes on any part of the product. Determination of items returned in salable condition is at the sole discretion of iToppers.com. We are not responsible for damages resulting from shipping. We recommend you insure the package in case of theft, damage or loss by the shipping carrier. No refund will be given for items that do not meet our Return Conditions.

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping & handling charges. This includes the original charges billed with your order, and those incurred in returning the item to us.

Return item in original packaging if possible to ensure that it arrives safely.

Items received and postmarked after the 30-day examination period will not be approved for a refund.

Please contact us when returning an item and we will provide a shipping address for your return.
